I had another player but the display was almost impossible to read and the remote was so weak I had to get no more than 1inch away from the player. This player resolved all these problems, good display visibility, powerful remote. In addition, the sound quality is very good,and the transmitter has a signal that covers easily weak stations.The goose neck mount is very useful to orient the player away from the gear shifter. I am using a 4GB SD card but don't know the maximum capacity. A very good purchase.

This does not work for my ipod or ipad with the controls. It plugs in through the headset and will not control anything on the ipod, just sound. The remote won't work with it, the usb is not supported, and the steering wheel remote will only work for the volume on the main device that plugs into the cigarette lighter. You have to manually unplug the device to turn it off. After 5 days the base of the wire that connects to my ipod came apart. I am returning this with no intention of ever purchasing one of their products anymore. It looks very cool, but that's the extent of it. If you want functionality, keep looking and don't disappoint yourself.
